Job Description
- Responsible for hunting opportunities, accounts management for the projects, ensure that the solutions offered for a given opportunity will lead the successful project implementation, compliance to standards and achieves highest customer satisfaction.
- Animate the business from early stage of bid preparation, customer negotiation until handover to project manager, Conduct effective communication from middle to senior level internal management.
- Forecast and ensure a clear visibility for the coming months of pipeline of opportunities, Secure purchase order according to the quotation provided by the tendering team.
- Manage bid clarifications to ensure closing of clarification points on time.
- Conduct sales review and target reporting
- Strategize and set clear action items for sales target achievement
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (automation or construction)
- At least 3 years of experience in sales activity
- Have a private car
- Solid knowledge of interior and electromechanical works applications and interior finishing
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience working with enterprise resource planning and standard operating procedures
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
- English proficiency
