Job Description
- Calculate MRP and accordingly place the PRs for the local and Imported Materials matching the supplier lead time , MOQ and Inventory Parameters
- Validate the MRP input
- Take necessary actions to cope with any updates and changes either in the sales plans or production plan
- Continuous coordination and follow up for the inbound materials
- Ontime and accurate tracking for all documentation needed to clear all inbound shipment including bank processes and local customs
- Develop Inventory parameters to ensure all stock is within the right inventory window to manage Cash Flow
- Follow up on stock records and make sure it is up to date
- Root cause analysis and action planning for all inventory outside of its healthy window, including working with Sales team and suppliers to bring back inventory into the healthy window.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience doing the same role
- Bachelor degree
- Excellent command of MS office including excel and power point (test will be done during screening process)
- Excellent command of English language
- Attention to details
- Experience in using Odoo will be a plus
