Job Description
- Full knowledge of Construction accounting procedures.
- Analyzing expenditures and preparing and analyzing cost items, achievement ratios, and deviations.
- Directing and controlling all accounting, financial, and reporting activities of the construction Projects.
- Provide financial information to the concerned administrators
- Supervising documents and financial documents.
- Planning, implementation, and supervision of appropriate Construction accounting controls.
- Preparing Cash needs for construction Projects.
- Carrying out necessary reviews and analyses and evaluating opportunities to reduce costs.
- Managing the construction Projects budgeting process.
- Prepare and submit reports to monitor the workflow and payments conditions
- Cost control project by project.
- Cost analysis per project actual vs budget
- Submit suggestions to improve the company's financial accounting systems and procedures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related required.
- 5:8 years of solid experience in a similar type of role Is A Must.
- Knowledge of the construction industry.
- ERP MS 365 experience is a Must
- Excellent level Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Willing to work rotational at East Portsaid and Sheikh Zayed.
