Job Description

  • 1-Formulate & develop policies and procedures to support the business strategy and practice.
     
  • 2-Create job designs, job descriptions, and the correct grading of jobs.
     
  • 3-Formulate & update group organization charts.
     
  • 4-Develop methods to improve employment policies, processes, and practices, and recommend changes to management.
     
  • 5-To oversee the annual appraisal process, monitoring compliance with the timetable and working with the Group HR Manager to ensure consistency of quality in appraisal documentation.
     
  • 6-Contributes in the design and implementation of the internal communication process, ensuring its effectiveness.
     
  • 7-Develop methods of measuring performance management that aligns with organizational goals.
     
  • 8-Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets.
     
  • 9-Create and implement programs that connect employees with business goals.
     
  • 10-Consult with management and other leadership to identify appropriate learning and OD programs to support business goals.
     
  • 11-Formulate, organize, and execute overall learning and OD programs in line with the strategy to support the organization’s development.
     
  • 12-Support with talent assessment, providing coaching sessions, and analysis/development of talent management systems, succession planning, and processes related to performance management, career planning, business continuity, and culture.
     
  • 13-Presenting training, facilitating workshops, and leading cross-organizational working groups and action learning sets Implement HR activities to help accept major changes
     
  • 14-Create effective strategic planning methods.
     
  • 15-Recommend training and development programs.
     
  • 16- Any other duties within the nature of his/her qualifications, or such duties that become within the nature of his/her qualifications as a result of any training or qualification he/she has received by El Kasrawy Group .

Job Requirements

  • 1- Bachelor degree.
     
  • 2-Automotive background is high preferable.
     
  • 3- HR Diploma is high preferable.
     
  • 4- Excellent English language in both spoken, written and reading.
     
  • 5- Excellent computer skills.
     
  • 6- Excellent communication skills.
     
  • 7- Organization Skills.
     
  • 8- Analytical Thinking.
     
  • 9- Supports diversity.
     
  • 10- Result driven.
     
  • 11- Professionalism.
     
  • 12- Project management.
     
  • 13- Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines
     
  • 14- From 5 to 7 years of experience.
