Job Description
- Handle daily machine requests (3D Printers, Laser Cutters, CNC Milling machines and more)
- Interface with clients either face to face or through responding to emails and messages.
- Conduct orientation and tours for walk-ins.
- Keep accurate records of clients’ data, financials, and machine data.
- Prepare and submit reports on machine usage.
- Handle machine maintenance.
- Purchase all the needed materials and electronics.
- Help with inventory management.
- Help with community management processes.
Job Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Graduated from faculty of Engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Control, Communications, …)
- Ability to independently and efficiently perform detailed work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Passion for Innovation and making.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate information in a clear and understandable manner, both oral and written.
