Strategy and budget setting

• Formulate Food service and Export vision and strategic plans.
• Responsible for setting, communicating, seeking approval and achieving annual Operation Plan including:
• Top and bottom line
• Execution of strategies and activity calendar
• Ensuring support expenditure and department expenses are within budget

Brand management

• Manage and develop the Company' brands.
• Set strategies and plans for brands' development and growth.
• Plan and oversees the successful execution of marketing activities.
• Continuously collect and analyze market feedback.
• Product Development
• Identify new product opportunities.
• Champion product development projects.
• Lead the launch of new products.
