Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle the day to day operations in the Mall ensuring operations are kept up to the highest quality standards in order to meet all tenant and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate mall teams and contractor employee work to oversee daily operations incl. maintenance, cleaning, landscape and pest-control, parking.
  • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
  • Find ways to increase quality of customer service.
  • Recruit, train and supervise staff.
  • Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
  • Prepare purchasing orders for required materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
  • Perform quality controls and monitor operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

Requirements and Skills:

  • Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field.
  • Proven 5-7 years of work experience in facilities management. Preferably in Malls.
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Leadership ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, word, Excel).
  • Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required.
