Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Handle the day to day operations in the Mall ensuring operations are kept up to the highest quality standards in order to meet all tenant and customer requirements.
- Coordinate mall teams and contractor employee work to oversee daily operations incl. maintenance, cleaning, landscape and pest-control, parking.
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service.
- Recruit, train and supervise staff.
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
- Prepare purchasing orders for required materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
- Perform quality controls and monitor operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
Requirements and Skills:
- Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field.
- Proven 5-7 years of work experience in facilities management. Preferably in Malls.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Leadership ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, word, Excel).
- Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required.
