Job Description
- Cooperate with the construction and engineering teams regarding the construction team deliverables.
- Issue and resolve project document issues/conditions.
- Review and supervise the shop drawings and electromechanical coordination.
- Revising designs, BOQ and specifications.
- preparing financial and technical offers.
- Study projects specifications and find a solution of suitable design preparation time, within offers preparation time frame except case of need to site survey, in case of issue happened will inform by email.
- Preparing of prequalification documents and detailed reviewing of tender booklets, bid specifications or inquiry documents to understand client`s requirements and identifying project scope.
- Handling and designing through standards (codes or catalogues) in multiple projects.
- liaise and supervise the electrical team in technical office and site.
- Coordinate between consultants, external agencies, contractors, property owners and other utility services for assigned projects.
- Coordinate, review and assess contract submittals.
- Inspect work sites, monitor project budget, schedule, check project plans and drawings to verify the authenticity of office plans.
- Manage and submit all reviewed contract document to contract administrators for further approval.
- Perform inspection and prepare documents for entire contract work projects.
- Receiving and evaluating suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractor’s technical & financial offers and checking compliance with the tender / opportunities requirements.
- Supervising Follow-up alternation orders (CHANGE NOTICE) and ensure of sending required financial cost to assigning sides
- Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of electrical engineering.
- 7-10 years. in Electrical technical office manager
- Computer skills (2D - AutoCAD drawing - Revit ELECTRICAL MODELING).
- Technical Skills and Knowledge (electrical infrastructure - Single line diagram - panel schedule - power distribution systems - light current systems - load estimation).
- Ability to work in a team.
- Must be a permanent resident of Greater Cairo
