  • This vacancy is for our partner, international chemical manufacturing Company. Its HQ in UAE. it is specialized in manufacturing granular urea . Due to big expansion in Egypt We are looking for Talent Development team leader to join HR team and be Responsible for : Analyses, implements, and supervises the talent development activities with focus on the succession planning process & performance management system. .

Job Description:

  • Supports in building the core, managerial and functional competencies framework.
  • Assists in identifying and updating the key and critical roles.
  • Oversees the identification of the talent pool and potential successors.
  • Oversees the assessment centers process and the relevant findings.
  • Defines and supervises the implementation of the individual development plan for each successor.
  • Evaluates and implements the annual enhancements of the performance management system.
  • Assists the internal staff in setting SMART objectives and facilitates the cascading process.
  • Delivers internal orientations and on-going refreshment sessions related to the talent development scope.
  • Supports in the learning & Development scope when needed

Job details:

  • Location: Ain Sokhna.
  • Will be reporting Talent Development Manager

Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years relevant working experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of English on both verbal and written
  • Excellent ability to influence and persuade without authority.
  • Very Good command in MS office applications (Word, Excel & Power point)
  • Ability to manage time effectively and deal with a high level of details.
  • High level of analytical Skills.
  • High level of enthusiasm for learning, researching & self-development.
  • Fast-paced and result oriented profile
