Job Description
- Contribute to the development of the group’s Talent and Leadership development strategies with the HR Leadership Forum, underpinning tools and processes and ensure delivery of the group’s strategic agenda.
- Build trust with heads of each business unites in the Business Castle Group to enhance Organization behavior & culture to face challenges
- Lead the change with managing team to support business direction and observe any conflict or resistance in management team.
- Develop set of interventions to support continuous change process to ensure that change fit with top management expectations and organization future. • Develop continuous process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Provide expertise in strategy development and execution, planning and facilitation of employee relations efforts.
- Align the group retention policy based on exit interviews and external environment to minimize future regrettable loss and in line with the group’s talent strategy.
- Implement strategies that will drive a high-performance culture across the group through effective performance management, line of sight etc.
- Consistency across the group by engaging HR Executives and ensuring flawless execution of HR best
Job Requirements
- Any Bachelor degree
- Preferred diploma in HR
