Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist & Administrator to manage front-office responsibilities and provide administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist in ordering, receiving, and distributing office supplies.
- Support administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Carrying out administrative duties and supporting the HR department in organizing interviews, drafting forms and contracts, and maintaining the archive and employee record
- Supervising buffet and HK staff
- Performing any other tasks requested within the scope of work as a Receptionist and Administrator
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills in English; both written and verbal.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-service orientation.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is highly preferred
- Age between 24 to 27 Maximum
