Job Description
- Dealing with Suppliers, Tour Leaders & Guides.
- Interact with them via various channels: phone, chat, email, etc.
- Responsible for providing the best freelance tour guides who are the leaders in the market.
- Ready to manage last-minute bookings at different times.
- Having experience in daily tours, multi-day tours & full packages
- Collecting daily feedback for the ongoing tours & packages.
- Maintain the tour quality with Suppliers, Guides & Leaders.
- Manage and focus on better relations with the suppliers.
- Respect the company rules and regulations.
- Fast learning and flexibility to deal with other departments.
- Answer all queries from the Sales & Guest Relations Team.
- Participate in planning and launching different products.
- Evaluating suppliers, tour guides and issuing appropriate feedback forms.
Job Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Tourism Field.
- Ability to work in different shifts.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Willing to relocate in Giza.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
