Job Description
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build lasting digital connections with customers.
- Plan and generate regular content for company social media pages (Facebook, Instagram YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Launch online advertisements campaigns on different platforms aligned with the company business goals and based AIDA concept.
- Actively involved in SEO/SEM and optimize company websites ranking on google search engine.
- Prepare with the technical office and sales department online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
- Respond to customer comments and questions on different platforms.
- Monitor the website performance and update content when necessary.
- Create necessary artworks (designs, photos, and videos) for social media posts.
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts and KPIs using Google Analytics.
- Acquire insights on market trends and competitors’ performance and present recommendations to the Marketing Manager.
- Launch and send email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp.
- Monitor, support users and generate reports to management from the CRM system.
Job Requirements
- BSc in marketing or computer science.
- Proven experience as a digital marketing specialist.
- 3 – 5 years experience in B2B and B2C digital marketing.
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and media editing software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative design and copywriting skills.
- Analytical and critical thinking mindsets.
- Qualification in web design and development is a plus.
