Job Description
- Conduct organizational review, assessment and analysis to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of existing organizational structures, functions & processes, including reporting relationships and communication processes, and recommends changes as applicable.
- Propose appropriate organizational structure for proper allocation of job titles and related mapping.
- Conduct Job Evaluation as required.
- Attends job analysis/evaluation sessions and documents minutes of meetings.
- Maintain the job descriptions and drafts JDs & ODs according to HRD standards.
- Maintains all organizational designs and job descriptions according to HRD standards.
- Processes and publishes OD Change Requests.
- Assess management and units in the implementation of approved organizational changes.
- Assess and implement the strategic workforce plan with businesses.
- Assess in the implementation of the FTE analysis across organization.
- Implementation, update and monitoring of positions in accordance to the approved OD chart changes.
Job Requirements
- SAP user is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills.
- Previous Experience within the Gulf area.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Effective planning and project management skills with the ability to set and work to deadlines.
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm and results-focus.
