Job Description
Generation C is looking for a Mid-level Android Developer with a strong background in Java and Kotlin to play a key role in the development of our Android apps.
This position is within a highly innovative and dynamic environment and you’ll be expected to contribute new ideas and be committed to hitting company goals and targets. Working within a small team, this is a fantastic opportunity to become a driving force in the success of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Android Team Lead, you will:
- Work closely with the Tech Leads, using your experience to ensure that our apps are developed using best practices.
- Ensure that code is written in a clean and testable fashion.
- Contribute to developing coding standards and documentation for a development team.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Android Development
- Proven work with previous apps on play store
- Good knowledge of Java
- Good knowledge of Kotlin is a must.
- Good Knowledge in Architecture components and design patterns
- Good knowledge of OOD and OOP principles.
- Knowledge in firebase
- Knowledge in Unit and instrumental testing.
- Good knowledge in version control
- Working with Jira.
