Job Description

Purpose of the position

Creating internal database for ongoing and outgoing submitting. Preparing, managing and filing documents for our projects. Archiving files, and ensuring all team members have access to necessary documentation. Sorts and stores electronic and hard copy documents for designers, surveyors, and other colleagues. Ensure that project documents follow the company's standards, and stay maintained and accurate.

Tasks

  • Create internal database for ongoing and outgoing submitting.
  • Manage data center operations.
  • Copying, scanning, and storing documents
  • Checking for accuracy and editing files, like contracts
  • Designing templates for documents, file types, and document databases.
  • Keep in touch with Qc manager and planning manager.
  • Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role (5+ years)
  • Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
  • Strong IT skills in MS office including outlook, excel and word.
