JOB PURPOSE:
Manage and Lead the Technical Library functions ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence by leveraging technology trends, innovation strategies and best practice.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Manage, maintain, update, and distribute the technical documentation, manuals, and manual supplements for all aircraft types in the RX Fleet to operational sections within the organization and to contracted parties.
- Implement and use a document management system to manage hard and soft copies of all technical publications.
- Control and authorize access to online portal for all technical publications.
- Coordinate with OEMs and Vendors to receive and distribute all relevant technical publications.
- Work with Technical Quality Assurance to publish all Technical Manuals on the company portal or Document Management System
- Manage the revision and issuance of all Technical Manuals
- Manage the issuance, revision, and control of all Technical Forms
- Coordinate with Flight Operations to ensure that all aircraft-related and other mandatory documents and current Technical Operations manuals are onboard all operational aircraft.
- Download AD Biweekly are regular intervals, evaluate and route to appropriate Tech Services Manager for further processing.
- Receive Service Bulletins, Service Letters and other publications and route to Tech Services Manager for evaluation.
- Assist the Line Manager to develop new processes and procedures and/or implement changes to existing work processes and procedures to make them more efficient and effective.
- Perform any tasks assigned to them by the direct Line Manager.
- Ensure appropriate team interfaces are in place to support 24/7 uninterrupted operations.
- Ensure goals and objectives established by the department that aim to exceed the Riyadh Air performance indicators are fulfilled.
- Provide all necessary support to meet the operational needs of the department.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years’ experience in aviation technical librarian role
- Experience in using Documents Management Systems
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with OEMs and Vendors
- Ability to organize and arrange soft copies and hard copies documentation for easy access and retrieval.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Aviation, Engineering or other relevant field discipline or an equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- AME License with demonstrated working experience in Engineering/Airworthiness department.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent command of English spoken and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
