Job Description
- Physically visit Fatura Retail outlets recommended by Fatura HQ Credit team.
- Onboarding & Explaining to the retail outlet our credit service and the payment methods/plans.
- Provide accurate advice on billing queries
- Sign the credit documents.
- Follow up on the retailers paying electronically the due amounts within the agreed period, each will have a Fatura Collection Application for his
- Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms
- Other duties as delegated from time to time by the credit & collections manager.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- No Experience is required.
- Physically able to do the required outdoor visits.
- Excellent negotiation skills and being able to wear different hats accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills (Written and spoken).
