Job Description
- Onboarding new coming students and sending them all the required information and technical details.
- Support and provide the customers with the important information via phone , emails and follow-up with them.
- Answers inbound calls and respond to customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with customer to build and manage Customer Success Plans.
- Updates the existing database with changes and the status of each customer.
- Send any missing data related to study journey.
- Send any required surveys to collect student feedback and concerns.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate , Solve and fulfilling customer needs.
- Work closely with Sales team and other Technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Upselling any extra product will match student need - Collecting the scholars installments.
- Tracking for any previous debt and amounts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Graduates Only.
- Experience from 2-4 years in the customer service and sales field.
- Max age is 30.
- Experience in the (Educational, Real-estate ,Insurance ,Telecommunication ) sectors or any services background.
- Very Good English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple Customers simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Target Oriented.
