1- Create local & foreign suppliers 'invoices and registering them in suppliers' accounts.

2- Reviewing the refunds of raw materials and registering them in the accounts of suppliers.

3- Reviewing of the Warehouse of transfers in branches . 

4- Review the VAT value per month and making Report for it.

5- Match accounts of suppliers as invoices.

6- Recording the commercial and industrial profits tax for the clearance suppliers. Review invoices for purchases, items and price with suppliers in according to the purchasing order.

7- Check the batches and add them to the stores daily.

8 - Audit the L/C through the additions of raw materials inside the warehouses after reviewing the quantity and prices imported from the purchasing department. 

9- Making the new code whether raw materials or Finish Good and linking them to different cost centers.

10- Overseeing all main and subsidiary warehouse and follow-up of warehouse custodians. Create export invoices.

11- Make a periodic inventory on the store at any time. Prepare reports on the items inside the warehouse (and show the data of slow-moving items).

12- Follow-up of the warehouses and traffic to them to find out the latest developments inventory.

13-Preparation of reports to the Manager of warehouses .

14-  Reviewing the movements of the stores of the Egyptian company and the Perbuilt company, following up with the officials of the centers, and following up on the purchases of both companies.

15- Submit a daily report on the values of the stores of the Egyptian company and Perbuild.

16-Making monthly reports to reconcile the warehouse accounts of the Egyptian company and Perbuild.

17-All exchange and addition movements are made to the stores after reviewing the approved papers, such as samples or disposal, etc.s
