Job Description
- Draft, Review, and Negotiate Contracts.
- Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and legal departments to Ensure the effective execution of contracts.
- Support negotiations of claims, manage contractual changes and resolve disputes or conflict resolution with Contractors
- Establish contract terms and conditions including service levels, fees and financial obligation
- Undertake contract analysis and provide advice to the business
- Draft and revise contracts, which may include preparing documents for tender or create a new contract template.
- Negotiate contracts with other companies or individuals per legislation
- Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules.
- Draft and/or initiate contractual correspondences with all the stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- BSc. Civil/Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years as Contract administrator
