Job Description
- Implementation and configuration of Software and Hardware.
- Provide Remote/Physical support depend on the case issue.
- Managing Sophos Firewall.
- Troubleshooting and solving technical problems.
- Perform minor software and minor hardware repairs.
- The setup of all new hardware (desktops, laptops, and printers).
- Assist in maintaining an inventory of all hardware and software.
- Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands.
- Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT department.
- Manage back-up routines.
- Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
- Good Research, self-learning and can fit with any new technology.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required.
- Excellent Knowledge of Windows servers (AD,DNS, DHCP, GPO).
- MCSE and CCNA Certification is Preferable.
- Good knowledge in Sophos Firewall.
- Good Knowledge in HyperV.
- Good Knowledge in ESET Antivirus management.
