Job Description

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic B2B Sales Account Manager to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone , email , and visiting the client locations  and maintaining good customer relationships.
  • An effective Sales Representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone , email , and also visiting the client locations as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
  • The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using PW presentations and live demonstration .
  • Answering questions about products or the company
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Building a new network of leads .

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Develop positive relationships with clients
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as B2B Sales Consultant  role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone , email , and visiting the client locations
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software)
  • Ability to learn about Software products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • BSc/BA
