Job Description
- Reviewing and approving daily maintenance schedules and programs, routine maintenance and preventive maintenance in conjunction with engineers.
- Diagnose and repair faults in hydraulic circuits and diesel engines for heavy equipment.
- Review requests for design modification or any change that helps raise the efficiency of heavy equipment.
- Approve requests for spare parts and develop plans to provide the necessary quantities to complete maintenance work.
- Communicate with suppliers and contractors to secure spare parts and technical advice, be familiar with the latest technologies in the field of mechanical devices and equipment, and review new equipment offers.
- Evaluate the performance and efficiency of mechanical equipment and recommend what is needed to improve its performance
- Supervising the work carried out by subordinates, while providing technical and administrative support in the project.
- Follow-up and supervision of the work of spare parts in the store.
- Calculation of equipment operating costs.
- Supervising and following up on all project work and giving directions and instructions according to developments and working conditions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- MUST have experience with heavy equipment in Mining Filed
- 5-7 years of experience in the mining field.
- Technical experience in site management.
