Job Description
- experience in privacy enhancement technologies, including federated learning, differential privacy (DP), and multi-party computation (MPC), or other advanced privacy technologies
- Design and prototype innovative methodologies and solutions in privacy enhancement.
- Designing privacy-preserving machine learning algorithms, enhancing the privacy guarantees of AI models, and studying the trade-offs between model performance and data privacy.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in privacy enhancement technologies, including research papers and industry best practices.
Job Requirements
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to embed privacy-preserving mechanisms into client data, AI pipelines, and workflows.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in privacy and AI concepts, algorithms, and frameworks.
- Demonstrated familiarity with privacy-enhancing technologies such as federated learning, differential privacy, and multi-party computation.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing privacy-preserving mechanisms in sensitive data and AI systems.
- Experience in submitting intellectual property (IP) for protection.
- Proficiency in data management, security practices, and a solid understanding of privacy regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical abilities, and strong communication skills for effective teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in working with privacy enhancement technologies.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and standards related to AI ethics and privacy, such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Contributions to patents and research publications in the field of privacy technology.
