Job Description
- Develop & monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and tactics across the organization aligned with overall business strategies.
- Provide guidance and counseling on HR-related issues.
- Sourcing & Administer the Recruitment Process by following up on the overall process progress with all concerned parties to ensure the fulfillment of the company’s manpower needs.
- Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.
- Plan , implement and evaluate company's annual training plan .
- Manage manpower cost as per plan/ budget.
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Put a manpower plan and budget at the beginning of each year, manpower mix in order to drive the desired productivity levels.
- Monitor & ensure timely completion of the appraisal process and ensuring highest quality standards which involve objective assessment and open performance dialogue.
- Ensure timely completion of the goal setting process with clearly differentiated and sharply defined goals across different levels.
- Team engagement, employees survey and exit interviews.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with human resources major or business administration.
- Post graduate study in HR is a must
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- In-depth knowledge of Recruitment , training , OD , PMS and overall HR best practices.
