We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive with an accomplished sales professional, with a working knowledge of enterprise software (Supply Chain Management experience is desired) - to help us in creating long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Senior Business Development Executive’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Owning the full Sales Cycle (prosper to close). Must be effective in identifying, prospecting, qualifying and tracking opportunities
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Must be capable of driving and closing a sale, writing proposals, and negotiating contracts with people at all levels.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Working Mode

  • Frequent field trips for customers

Job Requirements

  • 5+ Years of proven work experience in field sales, account management, and business development (Working with SaaS/Software companies is a plus)
  • Solid experience in MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience dealing with CRM - (Working with Pipedrive is a plus)
  • Full working proficiency in both English and Arabic.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
