Job Description
- Record bank and treasury transactions.
- Reconcile customer balances and perform necessary adjustments.
- Record sales orders and issue invoices, ensuring they are verified against goods receipt notes.
- Submit daily reports on customer receivables.
- Auditing and Monitor all cycle in the warehouse.
- Receive and update a report for the picking, receiving and delivering mistakes and gaps inside the warehouse.
- Reporting required reports to the Accounting manager.
- Maintaining and updating records
- Counting materials, equipment, merchandise or supplies in stock
- Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
- Distributing or stocking merchandise
- Receive and inventory stock
- Other various tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
- 1 to 3 years of experience working as inventory accountant
- Proven work experience as an Inventory accountant or similar role
- Excellent math and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work extended hours
