About The Job:
To ensure professional wide range of confidential and strategic administrative services to the CEO & Managing director and to support relevant committee meetings as required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide confidential administrative services to the managing director and CEO providing additional administrative support to the middle management when necessary.
- Provide full administrative duties for the Top management as required including:
- Booking meeting rooms
- Producing agendas, taking and recording confidential minutes of meetings
- Circulating appropriate papers and logging /updating action points accordingly,
- Arrange international and internal travel plans and administration as required.
- Manage incoming emails, calendars, purchase orders and telephone calls for the top management.
- Compose letters, draft documents and carry out typing duties for the top management as required.
- Creates , maintain and manage all filing systems within the departments
- Act as the point of contact between the top management and key internal staff.
- Handles other duties as assigned by direct manager
Job Requirements
- bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field .
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Same Position.
- Fluent English Speaker is a MUST
- Very good use of Microsoft office programs .
- Presentable and Professional Speaker.
