Xpovi is a robotic advisory, building cutting edge and transformative enterprise solutions. We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join forces. We look for professionals who are ready to make an impact, lead, and crafts Xpovi vision through participating in the software development process, from design to delivery and deployment. It is important to have a deep understanding of the business domain and features under development to run tests that provide meaningful feedback. Responsibilities
- Working closely with the product and development team to define the best approach for shaping tests.
- Ensure the smooth running of the QA department and ultimately customer satisfaction.
- Help to define the scope of new functionalities (Functional Requirements / User Stories).
- Support the team in building a cohesive and quality solution by conducting thorough manual testing (functional testing, regression testing, integration testing).
- Creation of test design based on functional requirements.
- Reporting and monitoring the defect life cycle, using defect management tool: JIRA.
- Test software on PC, Mac, and Mobile devices (Android and iOS).
- Functional Tests Execution (System and End To End Testing).
- Generate and analyze test reports and coordinate of testing efforts with other teams.
- Estimation, prioritization, planning of testing activities.
- System configuration and preparation of test data sets.
- Troubleshooting of issues reported by users.
Documentation of the processes.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of Manual/Functional QA experience.
- ISTQB Intermediate/ advanced level certification.
- Detailed understanding of test methods such as UI, regression, integration, load, usability, compatibility, and similar applications.
- Experience testing in multi-platform devices.
- Knowledge of agile development practices (XP, Kanban, Scrum).
- Logical reasoning or programming background.
- Passion for eliminating redundancies using automation.
- Strong knowledge around Docker, Kubernetes, Mesosphere will put you on edge.
- Good to have AWS Solution Architect Professional certification.
- Enjoys a strong work ethic, professionalism, and ownership towards tasks.
- Enjoys strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize, and manage projects and deadlines.
- Demonstrate leadership skills, attention to details, through an enthusiastic approach.
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Proficiency command of English communication (oral and written).
- Team player who is self-motivated, end goals-focused with conflict resolution skills.
