Job Description
- Assist clients with implementation and training
- Implement and configure ERP application consulting customers.
- Train end users in specific modules of ERP application
- Provide post-sales support as needed.
- Collect requirements, analyze businesses and execute process workshops.
- Identify, develop and integrate ERP solution to meet predefined requirements interacting with clients, sales and technical consultants.
- Participate in all ERP implementation steps as assigned.
- Consult client to collect all relevant data for implementation.
- Prepare necessary project documentations associated with implementation like manuals, customer query data, issue logs and their resolution.
- Identify and develop business processes and demonstrate good report writing skills.
- Develop and enforce collaborative working relationships with customers.
- Lead process reviews and application configuration discussions with clients.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English Speaker.
- Experience level, 3-5 years in ERP implementation like (NetSuite, SAP business one , SAP by design , Microsoft , Odoo)
- Functional skills in the following areas: Financials, Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Manufacturing.
- Has a broad understanding of end to end business processors like Order to Cash and Procure to Pay
- Experience working on ERP projects with multiple stakeholders including business requirements gathering, product configuration and customizations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Can manage multiple ERP implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge in Accounting & Journal entry.
- Preferred Field of study- Business Administration/Management, Finance or Accounting, Management Information Systems
