Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Oversee day-to-day sales operation.
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
Supervise all the transactions (CRM, Calls, Follow up, site visits, Leads ).
Support sales agents to achieve their targets.
Following up on sales team results.
Support the sales team to close their deals.
Make daily, and weekly reports.

- 4-5 years of experience in the real estate field
- 4 years experience in the same position in real estate (a MUST)
- Must Own a Car
- Age 30+
- Very Good English and excellent communication skills
- Prefer New Cairo Residants .
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
