Job Description
Responsible to develop and execute sales plans to meet agreed company objectives. To plan and manage carrying out of all sales activities, so as to develop & maintain overall sales across different projects in accordance to business plans.
- Develop & maintain sales setup.
- Set, achieve sales objectives & strategies.
- Plan and carry out sales related activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales.
- Produce periodical overall sales analysis reports; analyzing sales statistics and develop recommendations.
- Evaluate market conditions and competitors’ data to assess current business, market dynamics and area of potential.
- Develop sales strategies, tactics, and techniques adequate to the Region’s market environment and practices.
- Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
- Assessing costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices.
- Making the Trade Marketing Budget and Plan to enhance the demand.
- Perform market research and analyze threats and opportunities
- Implement new customer acquisition strategies
- Coordination of sales activities with departments, marketing, stores and production.
- Resolving customer complaints related to sales and service.
Job Requirements
- 10-15 years’ experience in sales, at least 3 years as a Head of Sales.
- Excellent reporting- and communications skills.
- Previous experience in coaching teams of junior and senior staff.
- Bachelor Degree , MBA is preferable
- Good knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical Plumbing, Plastic Piping industries is preferable.
