Job Description
- Responsible for providing technical support to office staff to ensure their IT needs are met.
- Configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of firewalls (Sophos, FortiGate) and switches (HP).
- Manage a LAN deployment with more than 500 end points.
- Design, implement and manage LAN and WAN setup for branch offices.
- Ensure all networks are always available and secure.
- Ensure all networks design documentation are updated in the systems.
- Ensure all IT activities/processes meet corporate IT Standards.
- Perform any other related job duties are requested by direct supervisor.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience in Network Administration roles.
- Experience in networking, routing and switching.
- Experience with firewalls VPN, troubleshooting and problem resolution is desired.
- CCNA, CCNP certification is added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering.
