Description
The Content Team Lead is responsible for leading and managing a team of content creators to develop and deliver high-quality, accurate, and engaging content that supports the company's commercial goals and objectives. This includes overseeing the processing of content requests, ensuring that all deadlines are met, and tracking and analyzing content performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company's overall commercial goals and objectives. Manage the content team's workflow and ensure that all deadlines are met. Assign and manage tasks to content team members. Review and approve all content before it is published or distributed. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns. Track and analyze content performance and make adjustments to the content strategy as needed. Oversee the processing of content requests, including reviewing and verifying ticket data, coordinating with stakeholders to resolve any issues, and assigning tickets to content team members with the appropriate skills and experience. Create and manage content attributes, such as category, priority, and status. Track the progress of all tickets and communicate updates to stakeholders and content team members as needed. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with content team members to discuss performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Work with the Catalog Manager to develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the content request fulfillment process.
