Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring the customs clearance process from the document stage to service completion and invoicing is carried out in a professional, prompt, efficient and effective manner for both import and export air freight shipments and that all communication/ negotiation with and support to customers is done with high standards of customer orientation and service.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and customer orientation
- At least 3 years of experience at a freight forwarding company in a customs clearance operations role.
- Excellent English language skills
- Excellent computer Skills
- Having attended the basic goods and dangerous goods courses in Egypt Air is a big plus.
- Experience in air freight export operations (not just import) is a huge plus
