Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Distributors’ HRIS (employee Databases, files, SI, legal payment, etc)
  • Supervise Distributors’ attendance, leaves, working schedule
  • Conduct monthly Distributors’ payroll Cycle (salaries, commission allowance, labor cost)
  • Maintain manpower cycle planning and recruitment process, resignations and promotions
  • Maintain Distributors’ benefits (medical insurance, life insurance, social events)

Travel: 20 days across governorates - 10 days in Sheikh Zayed (Transportation and Accommodation Allowances are Covered outside package according to company policy)

Job Requirements

  • Males only
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum Experience: 5 -7 Years of relevant functional experience in reputed Companies.
