Job Description

We are a brand and a well-known real estate, one of the top 5 companies in the new Cairo.
we are looking for an “ HR Generalist " to join our team. 

Job Description

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, and support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Manage  and Oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Resolve employees’ issues and Support all company social activities.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Implement Monthly payroll & Payroll Reports.
  • Monitor daily attendance and submit periodical attendance reports.
  • Creates, maintains, and updates personnel files in compliance with the Egyptian Labor
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
     

Job Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in most HR functions.
  • At least B.SC / B.A in relevant college studies or business admin.
  • Real estate experience Would be an advantage.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
