Job Description

  • Daily audit of accounts and entries.
  • Reviewing customers' sales on a daily basis.
  • Preparing sales reports on a daily basis.
  • Comparison of sales reports and actual inventory.
  • Implementation of the financial and accounting procedures approved in the company.
  • Classify and classify the financial operations in separate accounts that show the company's indebtedness and credit to those dealing with it.
  • A statement of the company's financial position on a specific date presented in the form of aggregate and detailed reports.
  • Accounting for clients and agents.
  • Preparing financial reports that inform officials of decision-making.
  • Implementing customers' credit policies in accordance with the supply regulations, classifying customers, and complying with the financial management's decisions in this regard.
  • Balance the extracts and invoices on the clients' accounts on the clients' program.
  • Follow up on updating the quotations of approved customers and completing the terms of supply.
  • Recording all actual withdrawals from clients and classifying them according to the items.
  • Balance sales orders and delivery authorizations for customer accounts on the customer accounts program.
  • Ensure that the benefits are entered in the price lists agreed upon with the customers.
  • Preparing and submitting a weekly report on the position of clients.
  • Verification of collections at the specified times.
  • Read and understand all contracts with clients and adhere to their application.
  • Work on the classification of customers as appropriate.
  • Preparing settlements and discounts from customers and approving them by the direct manager
  • Directs subordinates and solves their problems in the field of work and evaluate their performance.
  • It works on developing the capabilities, skills and knowledge of subordinates by providing the necessary qualification and training opportunities.
  • Providing education and training opportunities for the accounts management staff and continuous emphasis on their development.
  • Ensuring a healthy work environment for the management's employees and focusing on building and developing the team spirit.
  • Regularly conducts performance and competency assessments and ensure continuous constructive feedback is provided to the outstanding students and take necessary action with
    low performance.
  • Supervise, train, and support all team members.
  • Hold regular meetings with team members to enhance communication and ensure sharing of the same goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Commerce - Accounting Experience
  • 5 - 7 years experience in the field of accounts
