Pinehart, a US-based company specializing in customized garments with creative designs, is seeking talented Graphic Designers to join our remote team. Your dynamic, colorful, and eye-catching designs will contribute to our brand's presence on platforms like Etsy, Amazon, and our website. Our team will provide you with current trends and samples, but we need someone who can inject their creativity into these examples and create something fresh and unique. Key Responsibilities:
- Creating imaginative and vibrant 2D designs for our customized garments based on provided briefs and examples.
- Collaborating with our team to understand current trends and translating that into your designs.
- Ensuring all designs align with our brand identity and aesthetics.
- Providing concept sketches to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications.
- Adjusting designs quickly based on market trends and team feedback.
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, with the capability to deliver the next day.
- Communicating effectively with team members to ensure design projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a 2D Graphic Designer is a plus but not a strict requirement.
- Ability to think creatively and independently, going beyond the given examples.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A strong portfolio showing your design skills and creativity.
