Job Description
- Lead HR compensations, benefits, rewards, health, etc. · Monitoring internal HR systems and databases
- Reviews and approves budgets, develops and implements new HR policies, and maintains the company’s HR systems
- Process taxes and payment of employees benefits
- Keeps track of hours rates, wages ,compensation benefits rates, new hire information etc
- Calculate the correct amount incorporation overtime, deductions and bonuses
- Maintain comprehensive personnel records to ensure compliance with Equal Opportunities and other legal requirements and to provide information on staffing issues to the company and other relevant bodies.
- Leading all the Payroll & Personnel operations
- Responsible for all reporting and reliability of the data and update all databases
- Prepare and update employment records related to hiring. · Supervise the legislative processes with the legal entities (Labor office, social insurances)
- Prepare and review payroll account reconciliations. · Responsible for keeping all company employee information confidential
- Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and any concerned governmental authorities, and build a strong relationship with them in order to avoid any penalties that can be imposed on the company
Job Requirements
- Payroll experience Is a plus
- BSc of Business Administration, Management, Legal or related disciplines.
- Experience in hr field at least 5
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Good command of English.
- Experience In Hotels Is A Must
- Preferably males only to join as we have another branch at port said he can operate 2 days from there if needed
