Job Description
We hiring a Farm Manager for a large Poultry company in KSA.
- Feeding and caring for hens
- Giving medications to hens and treating minor injuries
- Monitoring hen behavior
- Collecting eggs
- Evaluating the quality of the eggs produced by the flock
- Marketing the eggs that their hens produce to a variety of consumer outlets
- There is a continuous cycle of bringing new hens in when they reach production age and removing older birds from the flock as their production levels decrease.
- Manage all poultry production processes.
- Manage and safeguard both organization’s physical and intangible assets by instituting proper internal control systems and procedures.
- Manage, supervise, and monitor daily operations of the farm processes and tasks, including enforcing and nurturing staff members’ responsibilities, in reference to daily worksheets, summarised in weekly comprehensive reports.
- Guide and train staff in production and supervision of poultry production on task by task basis, as a daily practice.
- Ensure health and safety standards across the farm estate are adhered to.
- Monitor animal health and welfare, including regular liaison with veterinary officers, during all growth stages.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Sciences, or relevant.
- Experience of 15 years or more, of which at least ten years have been in the position of farm manager.
- Experience in managing feed installation factories for laying hens.
- To have previously managed poultry farms with a number of pens not less than 12 production pens and 3 breeding pens.
- He has experience reading laboratory analyses.
- Knowledgeable and knowledgeable in setting up vaccination programs necessary for laying poultry projects.
- Familiar with developing production programming plans according to the marketing plan.
- It is preferable to have completed courses related to the field.
- It is preferable that he be aware of the relevant quality certificates because our farm has several quality certificates.
