Job Description
A major pharmaceutical distribution company PharmaOverseas is seeking a Pharmacist (Head of Operations Department) in Al-Qabary 3 branch - Alexandria
- Supervise the timely exit of distribution sessions with the head of the distribution department and the head of the warehouse
- Follow up the implementation of the FIFO system during the preparation of orders in the stores
- Follow up the implementation of quality systems inside the stores written in SOP
- Follow the temperature of the refrigerator and stores and writes it down with reports
- Registration in the Ministry of Health, pharmacy manager for branch stores
- Follow the posts of the Ministry of Health on items and Follows to withdraw them from customers
- Follow up on the collection of cash received from distributors with the head of the distribution department
- Submit customer returns report to line manager
- Prepare a report on stagnant items and sends it to the Purchasing Department
- Training and development of employees to prepare the second row of cadres .
