Job Description
- Have extensive experience in using the Odoo system for business management, include:
- Accounting Module: Preparing accounts, managing journal entries, bank reconciliations, and generating financial reports.
- Purchasing Module: Creating purchase orders, tracking suppliers, and following up on order status.
- Sales Module: Preparing quotations, sales orders, and managing customer relationships.
- Inventory Module: Managing product movements, conducting stocktakes, and accurately tracking inventory levels.
Human Resources: Managing employee affairs, attendance and leaves, payroll, and performance evaluation. - Project Management: Planning and tracking projects, task assignment, and monitoring progress
prior knowledge and experience using Odoo across various industries, including:
Construction
Trade
Importing
It is preferred to have a technical background or hands-on experience in developing or customizing the Odoo system to suit specific business needs.
