Job Description

  • Coordinate and maintain agenda, including organizing of all appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential information professionally
  • Power Tools -BE organization with administrative tasks (trainings, events, attendance…etc).
  • Identify, anticipate, and prepare information requirements of the country business director for meetings, appointments, presentations etc.
  • Draft (PowerPoint) presentations with own “creative” input.
  • Arrange internal and external events.
  • Support the Marketing team in admin tasks required for the country & central team.
  • Support with sales reports & monthly sales customer analysis reports.
  • Follow-up of C-Budget per BU
  • Gathering all the success stories & implementation in the country & preparing all the presentations.
  • Follow-up of tasks & deadlines.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field
  • Arabic native speaker
  • fluent English skills required

EXPERIENCE

  • 1 Minimum of years experience in a similar position in a multinational company
  • Communicate effectively with high attention to detail
  • Highly organized and able to multitasks; proactive, “can do attitude”
  • Strong coordination skills & target orientation.
  • Ability to build relationships and to cooperate with people at all levels

SKILLS

  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams

  • Proficiency in MS Office packages, Outlook and SAP
