Job Description
- Coordinate and maintain agenda, including organizing of all appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information professionally
- Power Tools -BE organization with administrative tasks (trainings, events, attendance…etc).
- Identify, anticipate, and prepare information requirements of the country business director for meetings, appointments, presentations etc.
- Draft (PowerPoint) presentations with own “creative” input.
- Arrange internal and external events.
- Support the Marketing team in admin tasks required for the country & central team.
- Support with sales reports & monthly sales customer analysis reports.
- Follow-up of C-Budget per BU
- Gathering all the success stories & implementation in the country & preparing all the presentations.
- Follow-up of tasks & deadlines.
Job Requirements
EDUCATION
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field
- Arabic native speaker
- fluent English skills required
EXPERIENCE
- 1 Minimum of years experience in a similar position in a multinational company
- Communicate effectively with high attention to detail
- Highly organized and able to multitasks; proactive, “can do attitude”
- Strong coordination skills & target orientation.
- Ability to build relationships and to cooperate with people at all levels
