Job Description
- Maintain CEO’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
- Attending executive meetings and prepares minutes of meetings.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
- Make travel arrangements for executives.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- maje research for needs and Prepare purchasing orders or/and provide assistance in bookkeeping.
- Monitor office supplies and negotiates terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relative degree.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels and a good team player.
- Excellent Using MS Office.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities Integrity and confidentiality.
