Job Description

  • Maintain CEO’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
  • Attending executive meetings and prepares minutes of meetings. 
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
  • Make travel arrangements for executives.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • maje research for needs and Prepare purchasing orders or/and provide assistance in bookkeeping.
  • Monitor office supplies and negotiates terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relative degree.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels and a good team player.
  • Excellent Using MS Office. 
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities Integrity and confidentiality.
  • Representable & Good Looking.
