As an general accountant you’ll be tasked with managing accounts, entries, documents, payments, and finances for the company.

Responsible for customers and suppliers accounts
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Maintain the general ledger
Petty Cash
Support in the internal and external audit inquiries and requirements
Recording daily works (banks reconciliation, accounts analysis, accounts payables and receivables, invoicing, etc.)
Reconcile monthly bank statements with company books
Reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions / maintaining customers / suppliers’ information
Preparing reports like aging for AR/AP and expenses

Requirements:

Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
English language level:very good
Highly responsible person
Ability to work as an individual and in teams
Organized and detail-oriented.
Good computer skills and ability to work on accounting systems like (QuickBooks)
Experience in E-commerce is a must
