Job Description
- Study and analyze tender documents including BOQS, specification and drawings and validate the received.
- Create project cost estimates of the required material that cover all equipment and manpower requirements.
- Issuing RFQ (Request for quotation) to all vendor and subcontractors.
- Keep following up and negotiation with vendors and subcontractors.
- Discuss tenders technical/commercial proposal with Team leader to make sure that we cover complete tender scope. Remove
- Preparations of technical/commercial tender proposal documents.
- Attending meetings with Client when required.
- Suggesting the VE (Value Engineer) ideas that could help to win the job.
- Issuing RFI (request for information) needed to be sent to the client.
- Helping QS (quantity surveying) when required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience from 3 to 6 years in same field.
- Advanced computer skills on MS Excel, estimation soft wares.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong Time management skills.
- Strong self-driven and self motivated.
- Strong innovation and initiative.
