Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Facility Engineer to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and efficiency of our (facility type, e.g., office building, ) You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including overseeing the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and managing budgets and projects.
Responsibility:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all building systems and equipment.
- Participate in preparing maintenance plan.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with building systems and equipment, and coordinate repairs with internal Technicians.
- Oversee the performance of Technicians for various facility maintenance tasks.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Analyze operational processes to optimize operation scenarios and analyze efficiencies.
- Prepare different systems assessments in addition to preparations & implementation of important Projects.
- Coordination and supervision of outsourced contractors that perform specialized maintenance activities.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulation, building codes and health & safety standard
- Analyzing utility bills to optimize usage.
- Submit maintenance KPIs reports.
- Maintenance Knowledge of HVAC, generator, Fire pump, WS pump, Fire Fighting, fire alarm, plumbing systems, and good knowledge of any other mechanical equipment.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility engineering or a related field.
- Certified maintenance and reliability professional (CMRP).
- Good knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Good knowledge of the VRF HVAC system including DMS is a bonus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
