Job Description
- Greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies nursing staff and physicians of patient arrival.
- Directs visitors by maintaining physician schedules.
- Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Answering patients inquires and follow up
- Market clinic services to our clients
- Responsible for all administrative tasks
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor degree
- Good English language
- Consistent,professional dress and manners
- Prior experience in reputable clinics is preferred
- Female is preferred
